Feeding Dreams is a community-based organization on a mission to end childhood hunger in Florida. Every school year, thousands of Florida children eat breakfast and lunch at school during the week. Nearly one million of them go home every Friday without enough food to sustain them over the weekend.

These are not neglected children. Many live in single or two-parent homes where adults work two or three jobs to sustain their families. Through fundraising and partnerships, Feeding Dreams provides meals to as many of these hungry children as we can. These children leave school every week without knowing when or from where their next meal will come.

Eliminating childhood hunger gives children the opportunity to climb out of generational poverty, avoiding the chronic disease and related challenges faced by the hungry.
